PLANS ARE NOTHING, PLANNING IS EVERYTHING
IRWA SOURDOUGH CHAPTER 49’S STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMITTEE
The IRWA Chapter 49 Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) was created to provide ongoing planning and strategic direction to our Chapter 49 Executive Board of Directors and to better identify the risks, challenges, and opportunities to our chapter and our membership by planning our future successes through the virtues of our vision, mission, and values.
MEETINGS
Meetings are always open to our membership and we love it when our members attend. Your board and SPC team have been evaluating our meeting needs, how we can provide better access opportunities to these platforms for our members, and are working on establishing a regular monthly meeting date and time. Until then, please check the “Schedule of Events” found on our HOME page for details on our next SPC meeting.
STRATEGIC PLAN
In order for our chapter to develop meaningful goals and a plan to achieve them, the SPC, with chapter engagement, developed the following strategic plan fundamentals:
· Vision Statement: Our Destination
· Mission Statement: Our Purpose
· Values: Our Standards
These ideas are our guiding principles, keeping our goals and plans aligned with who we are, where we are going, and how we want to get there.
